Platen sanding unit is used in the last process of the sanding line, which is composed with two sanding platen. It is used for the finishing work of the board’s surface, grinding the chattermarks to get the best surface quality. “PQ” means the up and down sanding unit are positioned with 5° angle, this structure can cut the collapsing fiber on the surface, improve the hand feeling of the surface. We can through another solution to get the same good hand feeling surface, which is to set and change the rotating direction of sanding unit.
