Calibrating sanding unit-C

The calibrating sanding unit is always used in the front process of the sanding line, which is composed with two D400mm steel rolls with grooved surface. The calibrating sanding unit is used for calibration work, to get the accurate and uniform board’s thickness. The quantity of the sanding unit depends on the board’s sanding removal.

Roller and Platen Sanding unit-RP

Roll and platen sanding unit also can be used in the front process or second of the sanding line, which is composed with two D350mm steel rolls with grooved surface and two sanding platens. It is a comprehensive unit both for calibration and finishing work. We can both satisfy the thickness and the surface roughness requirements.
